I love vegan food because it’s so versatile, healthy, makes you feel good, and aesthetically pleasing. I partnered up with Old El Paso to try my hand at making some vegan taco fillings because you can never have enough taco recipes! I’m actually so excited for this collaboration because I’ve always ran to Old El Paso for taco night supplies, haha. I’m sure you’ve heard about bloggers and Youtubers raving about Acai bowls. I’ve wanted to try it for a long time, but I’ve been holding back because I figured it was generally the same as what I make myself for breakfast sometimes. Popcorn is one of my favourite snacks. I love it because it is crispy, low in calories, and tastes good by itself or mixed in with toppings.
