I love vegan food because it’s so versatile, healthy, makes you feel good, and aesthetically pleasing. I partnered up with Old El Paso to try my hand at making some vegan taco fillings because you can never have enough taco recipes! I’m actually so excited for this collaboration because I’ve always ran to Old El Paso for taco night supplies, haha. Popcorn is one of my favourite snacks. I love it because it is crispy, low in calories, and tastes good by itself or mixed in with toppings. I’ve been eating healthy for a while, so I’ve had my fair share of salad dressing experience. I still do enjoy a salad, but I prefer many other things than that. Although, I do have to mention, salads at restaurants taste bomb.
